His experience includes consultancy studies, business case development, and feasibility assessments that support informed investment decisions, alongside practical delivery roles in project management and contract administration for both builders and client-side organisations.

With a sharp eye for detail and a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach, Anand consistently delivers clarity and precision across every stage of the development process. Fluent in multiple languages, including Italian and French, he brings a global perspective and an ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. Known for his approachable and collaborative communication style, Anand values building strong relationships and working closely with others to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Outside of his professional life, Anand is a dedicated family man who shares his life with his wife and their two children.
